We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please refer to product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Sizing Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The item must be returned in unused, unworn and resellable condition
  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
  • The item must be free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair or damage
  • Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it is in resellable condition, we will send out your replacement size.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with size exchanges, including return postage and postage for the replacement item
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will organise a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (exchange only, subject to conditions above)
  • Wear and tear, misuse or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned in non-resellable condition
