Shipping & Dispatch

All orders are packed and shipped from Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During new drops, sales, pre-orders or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Options

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Customers can choose between:

Standard Shipping
A reliable and cost-effective shipping option via Australia Post Standard.

Express Shipping
For those wanting their order sooner, Australia Post Express shipping is available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping refers to the postage method only and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated dispatch timeframes for pre-order items will be listed where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Please allow extra time during public holidays, peak periods, severe weather or unforeseen postal delays.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, The Weight of Silence is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, lost parcels, or stolen packages after delivery.

If your parcel is delayed or tracking appears stuck, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking information.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.

We are unable to take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to have it re-sent.
